Enhancements, improvements – and two new modules just around the corner
Two New Modules in Testing
We're continuously working to develop new features that simplify everyday operations for both shipping companies and crew. Two new modules are now in the testing phase, and we look forward to launching them in the coming months:
Work and Rest (expected launch: June/July)
An efficient and user-friendly module for crew planning, designed to help ensure compliance with current laws and regulations. It provides the company, vessel management, and crew with a clear and always up-to-date overview of each employee's rest hours – making it easy to plan and document in accordance with the requirements.
Audit (expected launch: August/September)
A powerful tool for planning and conducting audits – especially useful for companies operating multiple vessels. The module supports the entire audit process, from planning and execution to data analysis, reporting, and follow-up. Audit also enables continuous improvement and enhanced control across the organization.

Release Notes #5-25
CCOM X version 5-25 has been released, bringing enhanced functionality and performance to the platform.
Functional Roles
You can now assign specific permissions independently of an employee's job title. This provides greater flexibility and improved control over who has access to what in the system.
Expanded Tasks
A new and more structured way to log recurring routines – such as chemical logs, temperature logs, documentation related to the Transparency Act, and safety equipment inspections. This builds on our previous HACCP functionality and significantly expands the possibilities.
Improved Infrastructure
The system is now even more robust and scalable, with faster response times, improved stability, and higher reliability.
