CCOM enters into partnership with Maersk Training for emergency preparedness services
We are expanding our service offering – and can now provide operational emergency preparedness services in collaboration with Maersk Training. This new partnership gives CCOM's customers access to a complete and professional emergency response setup delivered by Maersk Training.
The solution is designed to cover the entire chain of preparedness and crisis management, including:
- 24/7 notification and operational response
- Crisis communication and media action
- Family support center and personnel care
- Training, exercises, and documentation
The service is delivered entirely by Maersk Training, but will serve as an important supplement to our existing role as DPA – and a valuable addition for customers seeking a more comprehensive emergency preparedness solution. This collaboration is part of our long-term strategy to offer relevant and holistic solutions – whether delivered directly by us or through trusted partnerships.

Release Notes #6-25
This update introduces several key improvements that make the system more efficient and user-friendly. The former Deviation Module has been renamed to Reporting , better reflecting the module's broader functionality and usage. We are also launching a new comment feature that enables ongoing dialogue directly within reports, improving collaboration and follow-up. You now also have faster access to employees, who are available directly from the homepage. At the same time, we've implemented a range of technical improvements for increased stability, faster response times, and better scalability—ensuring the system performs even better as your needs grow.
