Better visibility. Faster follow-up.

Happy New Year! December was about laying the groundwork. January is about giving you control and visibility. Based on feedback from you, we’ve rolled out several highly requested improvements —including a smarter version of the popular “Monday Morning” overview, new dashboard widgets, and a more seamless connection between maintenance and reporting. These January updates are designed to give you better control — both onboard and ashore.

What’s new

  • “Monday Morning” –Competence Overview is back
    • An additional weekly email provides managers with an overview of certificates that are about to expire — based on department and job position, and covering personnel you are responsible for.
(Activation is required per job position.)
  • New dashboardwidgets
    • Maintenance Status: Clear visibility of critical and overdue jobs
    • Reports Status: Track open and overdue reports — and see whether issues are actually being closed
  • Spare parts directly in reports: Register spare part consumption directly in service and corrective action reports — without switching modules.
  • Upgraded Due Lists: Faster, more consistent, and better-filtered due lists across multiple modules.
