Change in executive leadership at CCOM

From 1 January 2026, Espen will assume the role of CEO of CCOM, succeeding Christian Pritchard, who over the past year has held a central and important role as Managing Director.

The leadership transition is planned, well established, and forms part of CCOM’s long-term strategy. Espen has served as COO of CCOM since autumn 2024 and has extensive knowledge of the company, its customers, and the maritime industry. This ensures a smooth transition and continuity in strategy, leadership, and day-to-day operations.

Christian will remain closely involved with the company and will continue as a member of the Board of Directors at CCOM, where he will contribute experience, continuity, and strategic support.

We wish Espen every success in his role as CEO and would also like to thank Christian for his strong contribution as Managing Director over the past year.

Release #11-25

What’s New in CCOMX

The Decemberrelease is a minor update with a primary focus on system optimization. We are experiencing rapid growth in the platform, both in terms of the number of users and the volume of data being added. As a result, we have allocated time to backend cleanup and optimization.

While these improvements may not be highly visible, they will deliver significantly better system performance. From January onwards, this will enable us to place greater emphasis on the development of new functionality.
